orted launched
through PBS' TM interface can launch as many processes as you like which is
not the case if one would launch MPI processes directly through the TM
interface. How can this behavior be fixed?

I could think of: orted is reachable via
$configure_prefix/bin/orted as expected, all necessary shared libraries can
be found for either orted or my app, ... can't think of more difficult things
to look at.
BTW: I apologize for the first email being so scrambled. I hope this won't
happe
ncountered an abnormal exit.
This means that mpiexec exited before it received notification that all
started processes had terminated. You should double check and ensure
that there are no runaway processes still executing.
