Natasha, Since Open MPI 5, the previous ORTE runtime has been replaced with PRRTE https://github.com/openpmix/prrte Consequently, there is no more libopen-rte.so Cheers, Gilles

[OMPI users] OpenMPI-5.0.7 libopen-rte.so.0 missing

Hi, I'm running a program that uses OpenMPI and I keep getting this error: "error while loading shared libraries: libopen-rte.so.0: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory" Does anybody know if this error is due to improper installation of OpenMPI or does libopen-rte.so.0 no
