Thanks for your response.
I just run an example in lammps package in parallel with this command
mpirun -np 4 lmp_linux<*
and there was no problem. So I dont know why it does not work in case of
siesta.

This may be because you have an error in the parallel communication
pattern. Without other information, it is difficult to say something
else. Try degugging your application.
