Try using "mpecc -mpicc=" to compile your C++ program.
"mpicc -mpilog" is only available in the MPICH (not MPICH2 which provides
mpicc -mpe=mpilog). Non-MPICH(2) based implementation needs to use
mpecc instead to enable MPE.
