Thanks Jeff. We solve this problem finally. Download the newest
OFED-1.4.1-rc6.tgz, and reinstall all node's infiniband drivers and
utilities. Everythings looks good, and I have my own coffee time now. Thanks

Currently you cannot pass the --prefix option to ompi-restart. In
fact, most of the mpirun options are not exposed by the ompi-restart
tool (it becomes difficult to maintain). To assist users that want to

I tried to run with the first dynamic rules file that Pavel proposed
and it works, the time per one MD step on 48 cores decreased from 2.8
s to 1.8 s as expected.
