Is your F-15 is 64bit?
If so, you can installed the flash on your with following.
# mkdir temp_flash
# cd temp_flash
# wget

If you have installed virtualization package group in the Fedora 14,
you can use virsh, virt-install, etc commands and
it's easy to use them than qemu command.
You can start installation of fedora 15 guest with text console mode
with following command.
# virt-install \
--connect qemu
Run your machine with the rescue mode.
And check the contents of /boot/grub/grub.conf
which is mounted under /mnt/sysimage/boot/grub/grub.conf
In my case, when F15 upgrade was done, F15 didn't startup
and I found that the contents of grub.conf was broken.
So I commented out the lines of upgraded k
