Append .i686 to the package name you are installing using yum.
yum install packagename.i686
e.g.
yum install libtiff.i686

Skype works fine for me on Fedora 15 86_x64 and it was working on F14.
In case you are using the dynamic version of Skype.
I think it needs some extra 32bit libraries to work.
as root:
yum -y install pulseaudio-libs.i686 alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.i686
libv4l.i686 libXv.i686 libXScrnSaver.i686 db
n that libresolv.so.2 is missing.
So you can tell yum to install the package which provides this library.
# yum install libresolv.so.2

Everything went excellent.

Hello,
I need help with a GRUB2 issue.
Yesterday I did a preupgrade from F15 to F16.
I've added a new custom menu entry for grub in /etc/grub.d/40_custom
After running grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg, I saw that
/boot/grub2/grub.cfg was not updated.
grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cf

Hi,
Open the menu and press the Alt key. The power off should appear.
