Paolo;
You have a couple of choices here. I'm not a Policykit expert but the below
two methods should work.
1. At the command line run [u...@system]su -c "virtmanager". Where the
"[u...@system]" is the command line prompt for your system and "virtmanager"
is the exact name for the virtmanager

sharing feature. I erase the folder but it always seems to come back. How do
I get rid of it once and for all?

I've been putting up with rebooting my systems, some times at least twice,
to get nautilus to open the home folder and show the contents after doing a
bunch of updates with yum. I have this happening on one F-11 box, I have
another F-11 box that doesn't do it and my F-12 box also has this proble
er through Nautilus.
Has anybody experienced this problem and how do you fix it? I ended up
pulling in half of the KDE desktop just to use smb4k which I really didn't
want to do but I know it works.

I've looked around and found a bunch of reports about the

seems to work OK on my 32 and 64 bit Fedora-13 systems, but on the 32 and 64

If you're on a LAN you can skip the ssh part. I have a multi-user Fedora-11

I just built a new i7-870 box to use with Linux. The F15 installation went
fine. However after using the desktop for some minutes it locked up tight.
Even the mouse quit working. Reinstalled without using the hardware specific
video driver. Seemed to work OK for a while then locked tight when I

That got me thinking. Is there anyway to pick on a per user, and per session
basis, which desktop is started on login using XRDP?

I'm going to be screwing a new system together in the next few days. I got a
Hitachi Deskstar HDS721010CLA332 1TB drive for main storage. My question is
will Fedora, any particular version, install OK on one of these drives
without doing anything special, the so-called 4K alignment, I've read ab
t;complete", for
real mode support. The Intel implementation isn't as extensive.
So the question is has anybody successfully installed this old version of
Windows running on KVM?
