Rescue kernel after upgrade

I upgraded from F25 to F27 a while ago and everything seems good except at boot up the rescue kernel is still showing F25. The other three kernels are all F27 versions. What's the proper way to get an appropriate F27 rescue kernel instead of an F25 rescue kernel ? Thanks

I am getting some pressure from work to upgrade openssl 1.1.0h to 1.1.0.i on my F27 host. I just updated all packages on my F27 but openssl is still at 1.1.0h in the Fedora repositories, Is there any plan to update openssl on F27 or F28 to 1.1.0i ? It apparently has to do with CVE-2018-0732

Gnome Planner and Database support

Timing Discrepancy

This seems like the only palce in the kernel where the task utime gets incemented or the cpustat user time gets incremented. The data shows that the specific process times are as much as 10% but the overall is 0%. How can this happen if these get incremented together in this one place?
