sudo dnf remove kernel-core-5.14.18-300.fc35.x86_64
doesn't not cleanup /lib/modules/5.14.18-300.fc35.x86_64 completely.
a file "modules.builtin.alias.bin" in that directory and the directory itself
is left over

was clearable by removing store files therein
