desktop recording / screen casting - ??

Hi guys. I'm a complete newbie to the area as per the subject and as I searched for a half of a day today, I can say - it seems I failed to find a working solution. Do you have something you can recommend which would work in f34 on a laptop with an external screen attached? Nothing sophistic
