I'm a complete newbie to the area as per the subject and as
I searched for a half of a day today, I can say - it seems I
failed to find a working solution.
Do you have something you can recommend which would work in
f34 on a laptop with an external screen attached?

ah.. just found 'OBS Studio', looks too sophisticated for
my needs but is cool but, more importantly does work!

some time ago. I just tried it, and it worked fine. Recorded both
