By chance does anyone else use a KWorld ATSC 110 pcie tv tuner card with Fedora 30? My card worked with 29 at some point in the near past, but now no longer works with 30. Using kaffeine as the player/recorder, I get one in twenty correct startups, the rest blank screen. Same with cli dvb so
