F24 NetworkManager packet loss

Hi List, I did a fresh install of F24 and a full dnf update, since then I am seeing a lot of packet loss while using NetworkManager, if I set my NIC to NM_CONTROLLED=no the packet loss stops completely. I have a NFS mount that freezes periodically using NM. lshw -C network *-network des

DNF plugin directory?

Is there a way to ask the question: What directory do I use to install a DNF plugin? Because it seems to change in every fedora release, and so far the only way I can find it is to run dnf under strace and see where it looks for plugins :-). There wouldn't happen to be a release independent d
