Hi,
I made a diskless image against Fedora15, during the boot I found it
displayed the following error message and went into emergency mode.
The error message:

I see that there are some rpm's that contain the name Dell
in the title, like:

- yum-dellsysid
The description does not contain enough information to
judge what these packages do.
Are these packages supplied bij Dell themselves for use

I ask because using Fed15/Gnome3 not all keys on the following laptops
(Dell Inspiron 1764 and Dell Vostr 3750) work.
For example the key to switch on/off the touchpad. It does not work
and also does not provide any 'notification'.
However using Ubuntu 11.04 all keys do work on the Inspiron 1764.

For a simple one the OP can also try avidemux, for a more elaborate
option try kdenlive. Both available in the fedora/rpmfusion repos.

Is it the hardware requirements for F15 or for Gnome 3 that are causing
the problem? In the latter case, the answer is easy if you take it
logically.

This is impossible. Developers are already working at 100% just to try
and get F16 out of the door. If they have spare time, they try to do
F15 updates at the same time. I personally
