I have tested on with the Live cd and got the same results. I have
noticed that the monitor causing the issues is using the old vga type
plug.

No funny drivers, all out the box fedora drivers. I'm not into playing
the the gui stuff so I don't make changes past setting resolution and
default display.

Could you try the F14 live CD, to see if the problem occurs with that ?
Could you make space and do an install to a new partition, to see if

I did the upgrade from fc 13 to fc 14, on my Dell Latitude E6500, with
docking station that has dual display attached. Since the upgrade the
