(mostly new contributor Thibaut Cuvelier has) and are looking into the
idea of abandoning our home-brewed tag-writing routines in favor of an

I just did a "yum info lyx" on an F19 sys

FWIW, I just did a "yum install lyx" on a F20 test system of mine.

Both F16 and F17 have the same version of lyx (lyx-2.0.3).
On neither version of Fedora will lyx print to the default printer.
I had to convert the .lyx files to .pdf files to get any printing of the
document.
Have others had different experiences and does someone know how to make
printing work
