A standard fedora install these days does all sorts
of stuff to intercept core files (which is an incredible

I install the latest tortoisehg using pip --user. It is segfaulting
(coredumped). However, there is no core.
ulimit -c says unlimited.
coredumpclt list
does not show it (should be python actually)
