How did you install the clamav?
I just downloaded the source on a Fedora 6 machine.
./configure
make
make install
Since it installs in another location from the Fedora install, I had to remove
the older versions (or replace them with a link to the new location).
I didn't see the file not found

(I.E are you specifying a $PREFIX path?)
