Just did a dnf update today, all is well, except my gnome keyboard
shortcuts take forever (15-20 seconds) to execute. Launching things from
the menu or from command line works instantly.
Anyone experiencing this? Any fix?

I have a laptop with a French (azerty) layout and an USB Dvorak(US)
keyboard(a TypeMatrix 2030).
So I added my dvorak keyboard in the gnome -settings input sources
menu.
I can easily switch between keyboards with Super+Space but shortcuts
doesn't work with my dvorak keyboard.

After installing Fed 15 on my desktop and updating I suddenly
found that I had lost the ability to use keyboard shortcuts.
Thus: 'Alt+F1', 'Alt+F2', 'Alt+tab', 'Alt+`', 'Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down'
etc. do not work anymore.
(Luckily the 'Windows'
Duplicate keyboard shortcuts are presently allowed, while setting
personal shortcuts from System -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts. As
i remember this was not the case late back.
