In any reasonable-sized city, you should be able to find a local computer store
that specializes in customized workstations. Just come in with your specs and
brand preference

As far as I know, Zareason has some long term quality issues, and
mostly system76 are correct in every view but expensive compared to
your wishes. I think the middle laptop after configuring will solve
your problems.
