Done, that worked on my reboot. One question though when I tried to
open the file through the terminal while in root I got a Gconf error
and ihad to do it from the gui, not a huge deal, I was just curious,
everything works now.

I installed system config display from the terminal. Now I have a
"display" icon in the administration menu however when I click on it I
get a message that says " a crash in package system-config-display has
been detected"
