On Windows XP Pro, I was successful in creating
a F14 Live USB using pendrivelinux.com's
Universal-USB-Installer-1.8.3.4.exe.
Before using this tool, I did try Fedora's own
liveusb-creator.exe -- but it complained that it could not
find 7z and told me to extract everything -
