listed as not available anymore when those repositories are enabled than
when they're not?

according to [1], only an old version of Gajim is available in the
standard repositories for F27 as well as F28.
So I was wondering, why that's the case and also weather there are any
plans to make a more recent version of Gajim available to the users of
Fedora.

whenever I comment on a proposed package update in Bodhi I receive *two*
identical emails regarding the comment I added. This does not happen
with comments made by someone else, i.e. I only receive a single
notification email.
Any idea why this happens?
