I am trying to create a swapfile on my fedora 35 system and do not know what I
am doing wrong:

This problem happened in a virtual box guest on a windows host (vbox-6.1.30)
while I was setting up the system.
I re-installed fedora 35, did an update, and now I can boot to kernel-5.16.6.

I have have installed
sudo dnf install kernel-5.15.6-200.fc35
and it completes without error.
The problem is that I do not see the new kernel as an option during system boot.
When I execute the command
ls /boot | grep '^vm'
I see
vmlinuz-5.14.10-300.fc35.x86_64
but I do not see an
The process ' jobmemd-daemon' and the problem seem to have gone away.
Here is my system details:

responding to typing in a terminal window.
