Well, perhaps someone should also think about impact of name-changing.
Quite frankly, what's in a name, so why change it?
It's because in the old scheme when a machine had several ports the

and could not see a common thread to tie them together (and hence guess
what to symlink with)

Why not have a branch called Winux, then leave Linux as it was intended:
ie: NOT to be a Windows OS.
(OK, it's not Linux, but all the desktop managers out there, is it not?)
My rant.

I'm a little concerned that this definition lacks a temperature coefficient.
Surely the hotter it gets, the easier it
ussing out. It may also work in Gnome 3.
You might also find Zenity worth looking at for some of this kind of work
where you are nailing GUI and scripts stuff together. It provides a shell
script interface to pop up all sorts of standard gtk dialogues, selectors
etc.
Nice thought - thanks.

Does XFCE work in multiseat mode (or must it too wait for the F17

Which screen-focus methodology does XFCE use? (Like the older Gnome, or
the newer Gnome)
This probably isn't the
-focus issue might arise from, or whether
XFCE was suitable for multiseat configurations.

Any ideas what else I can try to get around this?
Use the correct list:

Not too many on the user list may be testing.
Cool - thanks for the pointer
around this?
Using an ASUS P8P67 Pro M/B with i7 2600K cpu, plus 2 * nVidia ENGTS430
VGA cards, plus 2 * Logitech cordless desktops (Kyb/Mouse) in order to
create a 2 seat multiseat system.
Thanks in advance,
