gnome-terminal not working

Installed gnome-terminal.x86_64 0:3.2.1-2.fc16 in fedora 16. But i can't start it. An error occurs or nothing happens when opened. I am unable to send the error details now, because nothing happens now when i tried to execute. Tried re-installing gnome-terminal using the following command *sudo yu
