From the error message you are getting the it looks like the swapfile or
the directory it is sat in has the wrong label. you can use some of the
policy tools to fix this by setting the correct context... the RHEL

What video card do you have in this laptop? I had a problems with a
lenovo X1 where the whole display was jumping and it was related to the
i915 driver, had to add i915.enable_dc=2 to my kernel boot params to
stop it.
