I'm seeing this line in /var/log/messages: imjournal: filecreatemode is not set, using default 0644 [v8.2312.0-1.fc40 try https://www.rsyslog.com/e/2186 ] From the page https://www.rsyslog.com/doc/configuration/action/rsconf1_filecreatemode.html, I see that I need to set $FileCreateMode. OK.
