Hello, I use 'virtual-host' profile, which is based on enterprise-storage
profile, which one i smissing in Fedora 26 and my disks use CFQ scheduler
instead of Deadline. I also try to use throughput-performance but disk
scheduler not changed.

I fixed it, here is github pull request
https://github.com/ClusterLabs/fence-agents/pull/133
path and publish fixed package by fedora itself probably make sense
