menus aren't legible either.
I haven't done a software update over the network yet so perhaps

I'm starting to use systemd. I've written a simple unit file and
systemd starts the service during boot. When I manually kill
the process though, it doesn't get restarted the way I expected
it would. Is there an option to specify for that? Thank you.

Yesterday I accidentally logged myself out rather than
locking the screen. I was kind of in a hurry and clicked
on the item below lock screen. That caused me
trouble and don't want that to happen ever again. Is
there a command I can run to lock the screen? Tia.
