Would you know how to disable/tweak bits in kernel/module so
display(& audio) is completely disabled?
I have AMD RX 6600 which I hope I could give completely to
ROCm for computing.

I have another suggestion. Instead of appending 3 in place of " rhgb" and "
quiet"
or " nomodeset", append " noresume", either with or without " 3".
Another to try: " enforcing=0"
Do any of these bring a shell prompt or login screen?
