Was recommended to run package-cleanup --orphans Originally it found about 240 older files from previous versions of linux an I've cleaned most out after doing checks. Running command now (-v 7.3 is due to having LibreOffice 7.3 installed from libreoffie site that has them listed). Some are

Hi All, Due to this bug: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52586 I have Wine updates excluded from /etc/dnf/dnf.conf. The issue is corrected in Wine 7.12. Our intrepid testers missed this bugs and allowed 7 out in the wild. Oh the SHAME of it. But we still love them anyway. :-) H

It can be a big tricky if this is BIOS firmware rather than UEFI. I'm guessing it's probably UEFI in which case you can do the installations in any order. For BIOS, it really should be Windows first, Fedora last or else you get into a situation where Windows steps on GRUB and you'll have to repair
