desktop will set you back $50- $100. They have models you can spec out to
your requirements. Installation has usually been straight forward and I
believe color profiles are available for specific programs such as GIMP.

That's the current problem. You only have the headless package. Run
"dnf install java-1.8.0-openjdk".
Correction:
I come to this list mainly for advice relating to requirement #'s 2 (Fedora
support) and 4 (color), not requirement #1.

I have a configuration of 2 1050 cards with 3 monitors each and i can configure
only 1 screen
per gpu. the problem is that the second screen (3 monitors on second gpu) is
not accesible for application
