Hi, actually i`d recommend u to try tool called mock, with its help u
could build needed rpms in clean env and not bloat ur system with
unneeded -dev packages. More info u could find on fedora`s wiki afair.

I did rpm -ivh
and then:
rpmbuild -bb qcad.spec --clean
but I get an error:
