I just tried a little experiment. In my Mate session, I opened a terminal window, became root, and played an mp3 file using mplayer. Then I hit Ctl-Alt-F2 to exit to a console, logged in as root, and tried to play the same file using mplayer. No go.Pulse audio unable to connect. Same results loggin

Hello List, I installed dnf on my desktop (Fedora 21) a few days ago and haven't removed yum. Today I run yum as I had forgotten about dnf and got the warning "RPMDB altered outside of yum". Is the use of dnf a valid explanation of the warning I got? Is there advice as to whether to remove "yum
