I don't think so, no. However, you might look at switching to fail2ban,
which can.

Just FYI on a new X1 carbon (3rd gen) with F21 at the moment, LVM/Ext4
and no issue at all. Maybe a Btrfs issue?

New lenovo X1 carbon. Sometimes boots, sometimes hangs.
Today tried to boot and repeatly hung, saying
waitjob for /sysroot
Sounds pretty scary.
After repeated attempts, now it is booted OK.
Tried on latest kernel and also previous 1 or 2.
Any ideas?
