rpm -ivh system-config-lvm-1.1.18-1.fc19.src.rpm
And then
yum-builddep system-config-lvm-1.1.18-1.fc19.src.rpm
and
rpmbuild -bb /root/rpm/SPEC/system-config-lvm.spec

rpm -q grub2
bash -x grub2-mkconfig
Try to post the entire thing to the forum. If it bounces back, then
stick the text file up somewhere and provide the URL.

and I cannot boot
I do not know if these 2 issues are correlated.
