Easy PPTP Setup?

Hello, I am looking for a way to set up PPTP on F14. I did it long time ago on a different machine back in F6 and it has been working all the way to F14. The tool there opens a dialog box. Unfortunately, I have no access to that other machine right now. The only information I have is the

Further testing... I do not get an error if I mount the DVD iso and install from it. So I tried renaming the 'bad' file and moving a new copy into the repo tree and still got the error. So I wonder if the problem is in the repodata xml and what file might be corrupted that I have to recopy? On

Installed F13 from DVD - Won't Boot

Hello, I installed F13 from DVD on a PC with two SCSI hard disks. The F13 partitions (e.g. /boot) seem to be there and look OK, but the BIOS says there is no operating system. Also, if I try rescue mode from the DVD and say "boot from local drive", it simply hangs. Any idea? Thanks! T

Hi, I'm trying to install FC14 x86_64 on a quad-core AMD box with 4 1TB SATA disks, and have some questions about partitioning. I'd like to create a RAID5 array with no spares, using all four disks. There isn't room in the chassis for more disks, and they will never be replaced with larger ones.

Hi, Has anyone using f14 managed to use dyndns to provide the IP name with their own svn server? I've got things set up here for svn, but when I try to connect via dyndns, it comes back with no route to host. I'm not going through apache to try and make life easier. All requests in via tcp:3690

FC14 module-init-tools fatal error

I am installing FC14 on a system that has 503Mb of memory, so I am doing the install via a ks file. I did a text only install previously to get the basis for building the ks file and one person here sent me his anaconda-ks file for guidance on what to add. So the file module-init-tools-3.11.1-

Problem with IPSEC transport

Hi, I want to establish an IPSEC tunnel between a fedora box and a NETASQ router. The router doesn't support AH transport, just ESP. So I try to disable it by setting : AH_PROTO=none in the ifcfg-ipsec0 file. but it doesn't work ! In the log file, I can see : pfkey GETSPI succeeded: AH/T
