I have several Kannel setups in place but this one in particular is causing
me some headaches. According to the provider, they attempt to send us a
message but the connection gets terminated before an acknowledgement was
received. In the provider's logs, we see the message as being sent, in
t; ERROR: System error 110: Connection timed out

An SMSC operator I have a connection to is stating that they're able to
send additional auxilary information along with the standard SMS message,
timestamp, user's phone number and destination phone number. Upon looking
at all available parameters, I'm unable to identify which would be used
