i successfully managed to send OTA operator logos with kannel. (Thanks for
this great peace of software). But now i'm wondering how to restore the
old logo or delete the new logo so that just the normal operator text
message is displayed. I tried sending an OTA logo without any image data:

we have a Siemens TC35 GSM-Modem connected to a Sun Solaris 5.6 machine, and
have problems setting up the serial connection to the modem. Neither
Kannel nor minicom can talk with the modem. I know this is more a

is anbody here that uses the Direct Access SMS Center (DA SMSC) via Internet
of the Deutsche Telekom, that is described at
http://www.t-mobile-developercenter.de/ ? Ist that product really available,
or is it just "vaporware"?

kannel for years for sending SMS-alerts.
I am using kannel version 1.4.3 and a Siemens TC35 Modem with a SIM card
from the german Telekom. We receive about 3 SMS every 5 minutes, which
works fine normally, but about e
