Limit on Kannel

I have multy modems installed in kannel but due to my telecom restriction they allow limited SMS per hour how to i set SMS limit for example sms go randomly from devices so i want to set limit each device so it will send 100 SMS per hour if more sms come it add it in queue and process as per limit?

Hello, I have updated kannel with 1.5 version, but still i am getting throughput error i have 3 gsm devices i have added throughput = 0.1 because i want one sms per device in 10 sec or 100 sms in 15 minutes please help ..

no i mean if i add throughput in smsc of gsm modem it does not apply and in logs it does not show throughput but if i add throughput on smsc of smpp it is working and showing in logs.. thats issue... my modem send messages direct no delay and my carrier has limit of 100 msgs per 15 minutes thats wh
