Please help me...i want to send OTA setting using kannel .kannel take xml
file and converts that contents in binary format but i want to configure
kannel settings that it will take binary format file and send them.
So please suggest how to set kannel setting ???

Please help for receiving delivery report while sending ota from kannel.
I have set get-url and pass dlr-url,dlr-mask from cgi-bin/sendota bt dlr
not incremented.
Bt when i send through sendsms.url then its working fine.
