We need help with processing Throttling Error. SMSC requires us to wait 60
seconds and resend request. Can you help us to setup kannel well? Our config
in attachment. Is it possible?
We use Kannel 1.5.0 with sqlbox, smpp 3.4.

I need some opensource solution for SMPP Gateway, which can be used as
operator. Users will connect to the gateway via SMPP, gateway will be
collect sms from them and send it via SMPP to operator. Can I use kannel for
