You need to use one (but not both) of the directives allowed-smsc-id or
denied-smsc-id.
For instance in the SMSC1 group add the line:
allowed-smsc-id = SMSC1
And in the SMSC2 group, add the following line:
allowed-smsc-id = SMSC2
