version of Kannel as detailed on http://kannel.org/download.shtml

Don't forget to cc kannel list.
Can you test to send the sms from your phone to a couple of the
numbers with errors? It might be good idea to call some of those
numbers also.
Maybe those numbers are outdialing numbers only and/or are not allowed
to receive SMS -fixed lines? GPRS lines?
