SMSC trying to connect in every 10 sec

Hello, One of my SMSC is in connecting mode. Here is the log- 2011-05-20 08:02:28 [4308] [7] ERROR: SMPP[ABCDE]: Couldn't connect to SMS center (retrying in 10 seconds) It tries to connect again in every 10 second. How Can I increase this time from 10 to 60 second ? -- Thanks and regards, Him
