Finally i am able to start wapbox. My bearerbox was not complied with wapbox.
Now can anyone suggest how to send SI through test_ppg?

Hi,
Logs show that you should use transceiver-mode = true. There seems to be a
problem with your sytem-type. Try "VMA" instead. If this doesn't work ask
your SMSc.
