Dear kannel users,
I assume it must be very basic to you but I encounter a lot of problems using
smpp and kannel. My link to the smsc is operating and I am receiving dlr's but
these do not associate to the relevant message. I changed msg-id-type to 0 or
1 or 2 but still get the same problem.
