Thanks for advice. I have built opensmppbox and configure it with kannel on my
test scheme: [kannel] -> [opensmppbox <-> bearerbox] -> SMSc (fake)
And how i can see in logs and web status page - it's work!

Maybe my question not complite correct...
My kannel is SMPP client. With kannel i connects to many SMSc providers and
send my SMS through them. But now, we have one strange SMSc provider, who wants
connect to me, that allow to me send my SMS through him. So, i think it's mean
TCP layer connectio
