Questions regarding smsbox mo queue

Smsbox has http-request-retry and http-queue-delay parameters to configure a retry queue when my sms-service's post-url is not available. 1- Where is that queue stored? 2- Is there some kind of persistence capability? 3- Has this queue any kind of limit? 4- Is it posible to configure http-request-
